In addition to a state-of-the-art security system, each storage unit has an alarm system which will notify the authorities if necessary. One additional security feature all of our tenants receive is a personalized code to access the facility and to disable the alarm system in the unit.

We do everything we can to keep your storage unit as safe as possible. While you are the only person who authorizes entry into your storage unit, we do our part by installing cameras and offering gated access features. We also offer our Value Store It Protection Plan, which protects the value of goods stored in your unit and pays full replacement value with plans available from $2,000 up to $15,000 for any goods in our secured self storage.

Our storage units in Celebration are open every day, including holidays.  Access hours are from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM – 2 PM.

We have estimates on our website for the size you will need. You can also call us, and a staff member can help you figure out the right unit size.

Our team conducts monthly pest control activities and inspections. Because of this, we are able to offer some of the cleanest units in town.

Value Store It provides free Wi-Fi for its customers. Our Celebration location has a free Coffee Station/Lounge on the premises for customers to use. Customers can relax in the Coffee Station/Lounge and use the free wi-fi during our office hours.

To avoid moisture damage, we highly recommend using one of our climate-controlled units in Celebration.

When you start filling a unit in Celebration, we recommend using boxes, so everything will fit easily. Label each box clearly, so you can find your items in the future. In addition, you should place the heaviest boxes and items on the bottom.

For liability reasons, we leave the moving process to our tenants. But we have boxes, moving supplies, and free moving carts onsite to make your move as easy as possible.
