UPDATE: Well here I am starting my 3rd year at Value Storage. A change of management at the site has left me disappointed. Rates are getting out of control. Since I started renting here my rate has increased just about 100%. They offer new tenants units at 1/2 the price. I understand they want to bait and increase but at what point is tenant consistency a business benefit? My first increase was 40% and there were 2 more increases in 2025 and now my latest increase is another 25%! Brianna was a big help in the past locking in my rate through an annual payment but the new management says that's not possible. There's a lot of motivation to make a change but it really is a pain to relocate. I guess that's what they are counting on. It just doesn't get better than this place. I have utilized several different storage facilities over the years and this is by far the best around. Kudos to Briana on her great customer service, pleasant personality and professionalism. The facility itself is immaculate, access is easy and the indoor loading/unloading is great! To top it off, they offered the best price around. If you need storage space this is the best you will find.

Great location for me. Give one month free but dont tell you there's an admin fee that with taxes etc equals more than 1 month, also sold me a lock for door that is automatic and cant out lock on it. They did refund it but will take days to get back from bank typically. an extra $25 with lock fee and $53 admin fee / taxes, etc.. for a $41 a month unit. Lol

I needed a storage unit as soon as possible and searched online and found Value it in Doral. I tried to reserve a unit online with no luck. So I went into the Doral location and was greeted by Roger and Alex. At first alex assisted me showing me the facility as well as the possible unit for rent. Alex thoroughly explained the pricing, and hours. He was attentive at my questions and was able to answer them with no hesitation. He even suggested the correct size based on my description of my items. Once back at the office, Alexa had to assist another customer with a U-Haul and that’s when Roger took over and explained to me how the promotion worked, the terms and conditions. He assisted me signing up, went over my information and signed me up with no hassles. 1-2-3. I loved the friendly team environment they have going on at the Doral- Value It storage. With great prices and great atmosphere I definitely recommend this storage facility !! A+

This is the best storage space in Cutler Bay. Everyone is so nice. The units are nice and clean. Most importantly it's safe and a/c controlled. Manny and Alex are absolutely wonderful!
