Value Store It Self Storage is a privately owned self storage company based in Miami, Florida. We manage over 1,000,000 square feet of storage and offer a safe, clean, and secure place for residential and business customers to store their belongings. All the Value Store It facilities are managed by a professional staff that are trained with the tools to succeed. We maintain a “family run attitude” in a corporate environment and our dedicated staff understands uncompromising integrity. Benefits at Value Store It
Value Store It offers competitive wages and an outstanding benefits package to employees who work full-time (30 hours per week). After completing 90-days of employment you will be eligible to receive paid time off, 6 paid Holidays and will be able to participate in a variety of our benefits.
Medical Plan
Our medical plan offers affordable rates as well as the convenience of pre-tax payroll deduction. Participating employees choose from a list of preferred providers within their geographical areas, or choose out-of-network physicians. The plans generally pay 60% to 80% of most covered expenses after a deductible is met.
Dental Plan
Our dental plan pays for 100% preventative services without a deductible.
Vision Plan
Our vision plan offers a $50 benefit for a vision examination and $150 for one pair of eyeglasses (lenses and frames) and/or one pair of contact lenses for each participating member each calendar year.
Prescription Drug Card
Covered participants pay between $35 to $100 for non-formulary prescription drugs. Any covered participant can pay the same prescription co-pays listed above and receive up to a 100-day supply.
Short Term Disability
We offer voluntary short term disability coverage, which replaces a percentage of the employee’s weekly income, in the event the employee is unable to work due to an approved illness or accident.
Long Term Disability
We offer voluntary long term disability coverage, which replaces a percentage of the employee’s income on a monthly basis in the event the employee is unable to work due to an approved illness or accident.
401(k) Savings Plan
All employees of Value Store It Self Storage who are 21 years of age and who have worked with Value Store It for one year are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Value Store It will match dollar for dollar of the first 4% contributed by the employee. The employee may contribute from 1% up to 60% of their annual earnings. A variety of investments are available.
